Early 2023 musings

I've grown slightly apathetic to the idea of there being a new year at all - what even changes between 31st December 2022 and 1st January 2023? But it's true that the calendar has reset itself, the lanterns and red couplets line the streets, and a new beginning awaits in my fourth semester at NUS. Spring is here, and perhaps this time might actually be worth hoping for.

Here's a few for the bucket list/goals:

• I will be based in Ireland from September to December 2022, where I plan to:
• Experience musical theatre production on campus;
• Watch Wicked on the West End;
• Meet my friends in Brussels, Amsterdam and Scotland;
• Spend a week chasing aurora borealis in Northern Ireland.
• Make many short films and theatre shows this year! As many as I can. Just 6 days into 2023, I'm already done with one. There's another (hopefully more than one) coming up at the Mini Kino Kabaret.
• Work on the Arts Accessibility Show with NUS CFA.
• Snag an internship/full-time job from late April through August, to earn money for Ireland
• Keep that FCH
• Work on my nonexistent novel but it'll exist soon I SWEAR
• Carry my nephew:)
