Folks, it finally happened: I got into NUS!

Just past midnight, my friend texted me to say that she had gotten her offer letter to NUS Computer Science, and told me to give a check.

After two and a half months of checking every day, I was not expecting anything. I was ready to see the good old "Application Processing" on the page.

For once, I was wrong, and in an absolutely perfect way:

My heart stopped. It's real. I'm not dreaming.

After an agonizing two and a half months of sleepless nights and researching and what-ifs, this feels amazing. I'm actually going to do theatre. I'm going to NUS where I can live out my college dreams and everything I've worked and waited for. This feels like a huge weight off my shoulders. Everything in this long and arduous journey, from the moment I started writing my General Paper essay in November, was for this moment.

It's done. I'm a theatre major. Wow.

I'll go sleep on this, I probably won't be able to, but I'm beyond happy right now. Till next time folks!
